Welcome to The Great Escape. By booking or participating in our escape room experiences, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

• Reservations: All bookings must be made through our official website (www.tgeoregon.com) or authorized booking platforms. Private bookings ensure your group has exclusive use of the escape room.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.
• Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 12 years old. Those under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+).
• Group Size: Each escape room has a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 participants, unless otherwise specified. Contact us for larger group accommodations.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled game for check-in and briefing. Late arrivals may result in reduced game time or cancellation without refund.

• Cancellations: Refunds are available only if you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled game. Cancellations can be made via our website or by contacting us via email at info@tgeoregon.com or calling (541) 614-0008.
• No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your booked session will result in forfeiture of the payment, with no refund or rescheduling offered.
• Modifications: Changes to booking times or participant numbers are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Event Cancellations: The Great Escape reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, safety concerns). In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

• Behavior: Participants must follow all instructions provided by staff. Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the game without a refund.
• Prohibited Items: Food, drinks, weapons, phones, or any hazardous items are not allowed in the escape rooms. Personal belongings must be stored in designated areas.
• Physical Requirements: Escape rooms may involve confined spaces, dim lighting, or mild physical activity (e.g., crawling, reaching). Participants with medical conditions (e.g., claustrophobia, heart issues) should consult with staff before booking.
• Damage to Property: Participants are responsible for any damage caused to The Great Escape’s property due to negligence or misuse. Repair or replacement costs may be charged.
• Photography/Video: Personal photography or video recording inside the escape rooms is strictly prohibited to protect the experience and intellectual property. Staff may take photos for promotional use with your consent.

• Private Bookings: Private bookings ensure your group has exclusive access to the escape room, with no strangers added to your session.
• Game Duration: Each game lasts up to 60 minutes, plus time for briefing and debriefing. Extensions are not permitted.
• Intellectual Property: All game themes, puzzles, and designs are the property of The Great Escape. Sharing or reproducing game details is strictly prohibited.
• Safety Exits: Emergency exits are available in all rooms. Exiting early ends the game for your group without a refund.

• Assumption of Risk: Participation in escape rooms is at your own risk. The Great Escape is not liable for personal injuries or losses unless caused by our gross negligence.
• Health and Safety: By participating, you confirm you are in good health and have no conditions that prevent safe participation. Please inform staff of any concerns before the game.
• Personal Belongings: The Great Escape is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Use provided lockers for valuables.

• Codes and Offers: Promotional codes (e.g., EARLYBIRD15, OPENING20) are subject to availability and may have specific terms. Codes cannot be combined or applied retroactively.

• Data Collection: We collect personal information (e.g., name, email, payment details) solely for booking and communication purposes. Your data is protected per our Privacy Policy.
• Marketing: By booking, you may opt in to receive promotional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
